needs more salt

NSH runs out to meet someone for a drink. I make an open-faced sandwich on toasted homemade wheat and oat bread with avocado, various condiments, and the ranch dressing from the other day. I intended to elegantly drizzle the dressing over the avocado but it all just kind of glooped on in one go. (You can tell NSH wasn’t involved from the olives on the side.) Things-on-toast make for ideal eating while reading — in this case, NSH and I are both reading and discussing G’s upcoming book.
