Never one to give up on a good idea, I remade the failed ramp tart. You’ll think I was making this up, but IT HAPPENED AGAIN. This time the tart ring gave me two big burns as it slid down my arm, and the tart itself slid ONTO THE FLOOR. I swore and immediately scooped it up into the above pie pan, after which it sat in the fridge until several days later when I picked out all the ramps and then threw the whole thing away. Jesus.
Instead we had red curry with broccoli stems and peas over rice for dinner. Who even needs a ramp tart.
