I recipe tested a batch of bagels for [redacted], which meant that we had avocado on bagel instead of avocado on toast with our broccoli & rice mush at dinner. (Also, mint tea for a change.)
Dessert was a goofy flat brownie I made by pressing a half recipe of these browned butter brownies (with chocolate chips instead of walnuts) that I found via thanksforsharing into a pie pan. It baked up like a huge cookie and we ate it in wedges. I guess we don’t have colds anymore.
