It’s the world’s mooshiest-looking meal! We paired the leftover cornbread with this creamed sorrel (poor sorrel — why do you turn brown so quickly?) with poached eggs, into which we put more ham. The yolks overcooked a bit, but washed down with kombucha everything was fine.
