Brunch with Z and M: there was no way we weren’t making this bacon corn hash with green onions.
I made this cake in the middle of the night, willing myself not to fall asleep as the cake layers cooled. (No reason for the late night, really, apart from not liking being in the apartment alone.) Happily, sleeplessness and unevenly halved layers aside the cake was a success.
