We’ve been falling asleep early here, often so early that we don’t bother with dinner. This time i woke up from my 9pm nap starving and made an evening snack of olive oil-fried bread slices with fried eggs so crispy on the bottom that the whites reminded me of really good chicken skin. I have to try to replicate this.
