With time running out, we need to finish all of the fruit. I prepped a big bowl of everything — those white balls are peeled lychee and longan — with slices of bread for when it all got too sour/tart/acidic. It turns out I don’t like dragonfruit!

I *think* I’ve had dragon fruit before, and if I remember it correctly, it seemed rather bland. Perhaps the wrong combination of fruits to bring out the flavor. But it’s just so darn pretty.
